Are you supposed to be able to walk through an lbo model when interview for SA? That wasn't even touched at my school.

More than likely not, but it wouldn't hurt to be familiar with the components and what it is typically used for. Knowing a DCF analysis step-by-step is most likely to be asked, so know that inside and out.
If u are interested in lev fin or sponsors groups they will likely ask u to walk thru or explain an lbo model. Not necessarily build one on paper, but rather explain one
