It’s usually way too early to say much at that stage. I’d expect most things to be pleasantries and generic stuff. If you do feel a whiff of something wrong try to get more insight from team members.

In other words if you get real personal feedback try to understand if that’s the culture of the company or if it’s just you.

At bigger firms (the ones I know, I hear it’s not the same everywhere) most people should get an offer so focus on doing good work and just before 2/3 in seek some informal feedback and act upon it.
