SA Recruiting Waves?
A lot of people have mentioned that SA recruiting happens in waves. Can anyone elaborate on how that works?
How many waves are there usually? Are certain banks or bank types (ie BB, EB, MM) more likely to interview in waves? Around what time does all SA recruiting come to a hault?
