I recently received an offer from a small IB in NYC. What can I expect as far as salary, relocation bonus, etc. The SA is sort of a prelude to a FT offer at the end of the summer. Is this done often? How do bonuses work in a situation like this? Thanks for the help

Could range widely. Some boutiques will pay you peanuts, some will pay you "street" - $60k base prorated for the summer, plus ~$2-5k relocation if you're lucky.

some small IB don't pay..so maybe you need to talk to them or wait for your "official" letter
