SA at an EB within a fairly busy group. Having a hard time getting adjusted to the schedule of IB and working diligently. Still making a lot of small errors due to lack of attention to detail and feel like I'm having a hard time fitting in culturally. Do other SAs also go through the same experience or just me?
Does anyone have any advice on how to get better at this aspect as a summer analyst? Thanks.

Bruh in the same situation. The hours aren't the problem but it's the relative lack of attention to detail. Feel like if I don't turn it around this week then the FT offer is gonna be a toner
