SA to FT Implied?
This may be a dumb question, but is it just implied that SAs are competing for FT offers out of analyst classes? I am starting at a BB for SA this summer and the internship has always been referred to as just a summer internship opportunity, with no mention of it being a direct pipeline to a FT job offer.
Again this might be a dumb question, but do banks not directly talk about internship programs in that way? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
It's implied for the most part.
yes and no, so of course most of the interns are competing for the job. however, there are interns that realize that they don’t want to work in IB. so, by the end of the internship they let it be known that they don’t want to work FT or it it implied
