SA27 Recruiting | How do I improve behaviorals?

Sophomore recruiting for SA27 at a target. I’ve gone through the main guides and feel solid on the technicals, but with interviews coming up I’m realizing delivery and communication matter way more than just knowing the answer.

I’ve done some basic prep and a few mocks, but I still feel like live interviews are quite different, especially when it comes to and thinking out loud clearly.

A couple friends mentioned platforms like Tino that focus on mock interviews and articulation, but I’m skeptical since a lot of these tools seem to just repackage the guides. Curious if anyone has actually found something like that helpful. Tino has a pretty high premium but their mock interview feature seems useful, not sure if worth. Has someone used it?

For people who’ve already gone through recruiting, what made the biggest difference for you in live interviews?

TBH practice is everything. I sucked at them too when i first started recruiting but biggest tips i can give are just that you should record yourself and watch it back/prep w a partner who will call you out. Most important is just get used to talking about everything you’ve done experience and skills wise
