Centerview is pretty sweet. Isn't often included in lists of elite boutiques like Lazard, Evercore, and Blackstone M&A, but if you take a look at their list of transactions, it's quite impressive.

Sagent is a great shop as well, but it has a middle-market focus. Completely different client base compared to a firm like Centerview.

Centerview I think has impressive revenue per/banker, mainly because they run pretty lean (I may have confused w/ Gleacher b4 they merged with broadpoint). Lot of big transactions though and I'm sure great exit ops.

Sagent is not quite up there, but certainly a strong bank where you can get a good experience. They do deals in all sizes, though mostly MM focus, and a good culture for the most part.

I'm sure Centerview has great exit ops, and I know the most recent Sagent class went to pretty good PE shops.
