Salaries at low tier banks

Wondering what kind of salary difference exists in the UK between the tier 1/2/3 banks and those below. Also which banks fall into this “the rest” category? E.g. NatWest Markets, UniCredit, Santander, RBS etc. especially at the analyst level but any info is welcome!

This seems quite low - is this their A1 salary too? Any signing bonus for interns?
