Salary for B4 Transactions in Provinces Offices [Spain]
hi guys, i’m receiving offer for joining to the transaction team in a B4 in locations out of the main offices (Madrid/Barcelona). i asked the interviewer about the salary without a clear answer, however he added that the salary is in a range of 15-20% lower than the same teams in Madrid.
my point here is to know which is the average salary for associate roles, as well as the salary for positions with more seniority. thus, i can plan how my life could be in term of salary and cost of life penalising to be involved in transactions with lower volumen and more boring compared to Madrid o Barcelona offices.
