They are expanding their office there this year, and is hiring right now. Could any one who has got the offer shed some lights on the salary for graduate of an analyst role? I've read some thread on this forum discussing that. I know it couldn't compare with in U.S. but still want to have an idea. Thx~~~

if they hire you from a chinese university prolly local pay. if you're hired from the US i.e. you're an expat abc or something, it's prolly global pay

Other "IBD of other global IBs in China"? You mean other JVs in China? If you are referrring to UBS/ GS, I am telling you people are getting global pay at these 2 shops... If you are referring othere random/ early JVs, the pay is local pay/ shitty.
Personally I dont think Lazard China would pay higher than those JVs with local pay...if not lower...as their dealflow is sh!t..
