Salary Trading

I hear a lot about salries given to traders. but what is a realistic amount and average trader makes in the following positions. How long (uto what age) do you think banks will keep traders and is there a age limit to starting as a junior trader.

okay, first thing you need to do is forget about those "titles" you just listed. you obviously do not know how S&T works. traders don't even have salaries. i mean, they have a base, but they make their real money in year-end bonuses that vary like crazy. i don't know where you're getting these ideas ("Up to what age will banks keep traders"). the underlying issue you are missing is that once you are actually given the chance to be a junior trader, it is a meritocracy. if you make money for the firm then you can get a huge bonus, and if you suck then you get fired.
