Hi,
I did not get any interviews this summer and I am almost guaranteed to get one with Santander as I've spoken to people. I know it isn't the best bank by any means but what do my prospects look like from here for fulltime recruiting or exits from there. Are there any other banks currently recruiting where I might have a shot? I go to a good school (not a target but top 15 in national ranking), what do you guys think? What should I do from here.
