Screwed up an Email BAD

Have been shooting out networking emails on a consistent basis, and I think just after a couple I glazed over this last one where I addressed the email to the completely wrong person.

Has anyone else done this by chance and is it best to address your mistake or cut your losses.

Also any other cringey email horror stories?

That’s why I schedule send my networking emails and go over them before hitting send. Cut your losses, because that’s a pretty big mistake. I can’t see how you could come back from it because the person who sees your email will know what went wrong and the very first thing you did was make a mistake when introducing yourself.

No point apologizing. It's a waste of an email since you've already screwed up

I've done it before myself too lol. Not a big deal, but a huge mistake if you had intentions to work for them.
