Honestly, I don't think they'll give a damn. If you really feel uncomfortable, wait until after the EB internship then add both at the same time. If you feel alright, add it now. I doubt the EB would not extend you full time offer just because you interned at another, presumably better, firm in the spring. If anything, it just makes you more desirable.
I’m very confused about the premise. Where did you find a spring internship at a more sought-after brand than EVR, LAZ, etc?
