Second round interview , what to say to other analysts?

I have a second round interview with a Big 5 Canadian bank, for corporate banking analyst position. I was told this round was written test + interviewed by analysts.

Any suggestions on how this should differ from interviewing with more senior guys?

I think keeping the conversation on the light side, and being personable is the most important. They will give a higher rating to someone whom they can picture working long hours with. They probably don't care as much about your modelling skill / 10 year career plan.... What are your thoughts?

A final and more specific question to those in Toronto, can you tell me anything about corporate banking here in terms of analyst pay and exit opportunities?
