I recently transferred to the Toronto office after spending my first year in NY, and wanted to see if there are any other fellow analysts here looking for housing for an August move-in. Since I'll only be here a year, am looking for furnished units only within a ~20 minute commute from the office. Budget is ~$1400 CAD each for the two of us to split a 2-bedroom. Have started looking around and there are a lot of nice, modern buildings but grabbing a roommate significantly increases the savings.
I would prefer living with another female. If you know of someone who is looking to sublet a furnished room in her apartment for the next year, would also be interested in knowing. Thanks for reading!
