Currently interning at a regional MM CIB and looking to recruit FT for MM/LMM IB after the summer. I would appreciate any insight into which groups (if any) I should be targeting. Currently I’m thinking (FSG, LevFin, M&A) are my top choices but wondering if I should even be group focused in my outreach, and how to find these groups. Thanks in advance.
