Selling a company or buying a partner out - Ecommerce - Norway - SME
Hi Guys,
I am looking for advice on what M&A/advisory firm to contact for my friend who considering the sale or buy out of his partner of the e-commerce company he runs.
This is a small company in e-commerce. think around ~EUR 5 million revenues and EUR ~200K EBITDA.
I was wondering if anyone has some names I could contact on his behalf or background check or if you can share perhaps some of the experiences yourself. Please feel free to post it here or via a personal message.
