Curious to know how comp is like on the west coast in SF. Any data points will be appreciated. Specifically interested in MM/EB comp.

lower BB, SF TMT coverage, 85 base + 10 signing + 55 bonus
p>1st year Analyst at mid-tier BB tech coverage group (JPM/BAML/Citi): Base: $85k Signing bonus: $10k Bonus buckets: $60k-$80k depending on performance
From talking to my friends in our NYC groups, we're on par with them (or even a little higher in some cases depending on bonus bucket)
From talking with my friends at EB/MM here the base is usually pretty close to that, but bonuses are more volatile - in some cases higher/lower depending on the firms annual performance
Lol so citi?? When is jpm in the same tier as those banks?
JPM SF is certainly a closer comp to those groups than to MS Menlo / GS SF
What’s intern pay like
MM - $85k prorated
Is it prorated on an hourly basis? Daily?
What about overtime pay?
Any data points for the EB's (Evr, Moelis, PJT, PWP, etc.)?
