- MD flying to Nantucket to hand deliver a client's founding partner discussion materials while he's on vacation
- Friend in RE told me a broker asked to be paid in pre-paid Visa gift cards to avoid taxes, and his institutional AM firm obliged
- Same friend told me apparently Rex Industrial used to buy Rolex's for brokers who brought them deals they ended up winning
