Just because everyone is bumping this shit. I interviewed here a few months ago. This is an amazing shop, just go to their website. They closed 16 deals in 2025, being either lead or co-lead with top MM like William Blair. If you get an offer here, you will be set up to lateral anywhere in tech m&a and exit to growth. Amazing deal flow. Great shop, I liked the MDs and VPs the most. Lmk if you wanna know anything else, hope this helps.

Sure thing. For me it was 1st round, 2 back to back. Afterwards is in person Superday, 4 interviews from analyst to VP level.
Any insight on comp or hours? In line with street or below? Thanks
Base is 110k and bonus would be very high, small team and good deals
I've distantly heard TC can be 200k-220k for FY analyst
What do the hours look like per week on average? Is it sweaty?
Got an offer here but ended up declining for a BB tech group. People are super nice, great deal flow, great comp and amazing benefits. Interviews were not difficult, but make sure you know light software technicals and easy math technicals.
