Shittiest HR known to man
I got a SA at a boutique (Moelis, Laz, etc), the HR is absolutely horrible, I knew absolutely nothing and just one day I got a random laptop?? And now apparently they’re sending monitors to people even though I just moved to New York and so now I need my monitor to be fucking shipped to me AGAIN but at my own expense. Also their entire process of tax forms was super confusing and they told like a bunch of interns to resubmit items though we all sent them. They also don’t respond?? Like what the actual fuck I’m just trying to get employed I don’t need to worry that youre going to steal my identity to sell toe pics online how do you lose my fucking social security number??
Gonna jump off a bridge, I know HR is supposed to only protect the company but like god damn aren’t I supposed to be a part of the company??
