Should I disclose honor code violation/ disciplinary probation?

So last semester, I worked with some of my classmates on a take home quiz. The take home quiz was only worth a very small percentage of our grade, so pretty much 95% of the class worked together even though we weren't allowed too. A select group of students were caught working together on the take home quiz (including me). Our punishment is that we will have "disciplinary probation" on our unofficial transcript for 1 year.

Should I tell my future employer what happened? Or should I just submit my transcript without telling them and hopefully they won't see the line that says "disciplinary probation" (it is very easy to miss on the transcript).

Does anyone have experience with situations like this?

So when they ask for my transcript just submit it and hope they don't see "disciplinary probation"? And if they do see it then explain the situation?

Sorry I'm just super nervous and don't want my offer to be taken away.
