Recently got the A2A bump at a MM bank with base at $165k and estimated bonus to be around 120-140k (tier 1 city); I am working around 45-60 hours a week on the high end. Is it worth moving to the buy side or lateraling to another firm to make X more pre-tax and work 1.5x as much?
