I looked at the Nikola/VectoIQ transaction. Could someone please explain to me how these numbers are calculated?
1. Why is the equity value of 4029 to the right 7m lower than total sources and uses?
2. In the sources section the numbers 237, 67 and 525 are given. Likewise for uses numbers 70, 50 and 709. But how is the VectoIC Shares and equity consideration of 3207 calculated? Normally this would be calculated using the equity value of 4029 plus fees of 50 and then deducting the other sources (4029+50-237-67-525) and it would be the residual. That gives me 3250 though, which is 43m higher than 3207. What is the difference?
