Singapore IB as a non-Singaporean?
Hi Monkeys,
I'm an American white guy who wants to work in IB in Singapore. I'm fluent in English and one of Tamil/Malay, & I go to HYP. I have no ties whatsoever to Singapore at the moment. How hard would it be to get a gig? Are companies reluctant to sponsor foreigners or is international talent welcomed? Which shops are the top in Singapore? Would the best bet be to join a BB then try to lateral, or just join straight out of school? I want to be in SE Asia for the long-term, & I don't speak Chinese, so Singapore seems like the best bet.
What makes you want to be in SE Asia? Just curious
