I've had really bad experiences with Citi people pretty consistently. Like an entire laundry list. I always considered them a mid-tier bank with a top-tier ego.
Just a pretty toxic culture. Not just from seniors to juniors, but from seniors to other seniors. Everyone just fucking hates each other. Idk if snaky is the word for them I guess, but they fly slightly under the radar as a rough place. Not just Rx.

Not necessarily “snaky” but there’s been multiple threads on here about how terrible Piper Sandler’s workplace can be
Agreed - I don't think "snaky" is the right way to describe Piper's culture generally, although I did have a pretty terrible experience when I left the firm, which I'm sure many here have seen: https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/biggest-professional-regret
Do you think that Sandler O'Neil's culture meshes well with Pipers?

What's the rationale here? Heard only good things from peers..
Houlihan Lokey
How so? If you're referring to RX, I've heard it gets pretty toxic at times
From my interactions with people there, they are a okay bank whilst bankers there think they are Goldman.
