From my interactions with people there, they are a okay bank whilst bankers there think they are Goldman.

 

Just a pretty toxic culture. Not just from seniors to juniors, but from seniors to other seniors. Everyone just fucking hates each other. Idk if snaky is the word for them I guess, but they fly slightly under the radar as a rough place. Not just Rx.
