Societe Generale Associate/VP Info

Not much information on SG on here but am interested as I’ve heard mixed reviews. From my research and from talking to some people there, it seems they are a big player in energy/infrastructure project financing and leveraged finance. I know the bank has had some profitability and legal issues in the past with their S&T division but recently seems to be trending in the right direction.

Does anyone have any more info on what the culture/comp looks like after the analyst years? Also, since it may be relevant to SG, how does a career in project finance usually look?
