These guys, even though they're small, are some of the best REPE players around. Their returns have been >35% in the past few years. They hired stars from GS RE and Blackstone RE. Met some of them...cool guys. If you have an opportunity to work with them, you should consider it.

Do you know what their fund size is? It says on the website that they've invested $2 billion since 2002, but that doesn't sound like the same thing as the size of the fund to me.
