Sophomore internship: Big 4 TAS or BB Corporate Banking?

What's better for turning it into IBD for junior summer?

Big 4 TAS = specifically financial due dilligence, transacation services, valuations.

Corporate Banking = credit facilities, revolving/operating credit, bridge/acquisitioan loans, syndications, Commercial paper backup facilities etc.

If I were to guess, it'd be corporate banking. I did due diligence and it wasn't very fun and I didn't get much in terms of modeling experience. I have no clue about corporate banking, but I'd guess that it has more modeling involved than TAS DD

bb corp banking, the name will help you stand out alot more in resume selection when you apply to ibd sa as a junior. the experience wont be significantly better in big4 and you can always learn any modelling yourself

agree with brendan. big names go a long way

"Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way. In twenty years, if you're still livin' here, comin' over to my house to watch the Patriots games, still workin' construction, I'll fuckin' kill you. That's not a threat, that's a fact.
