MS canceled their sophomore program and I do not believe Sulver Lake is having an undergrad internship in 2026 (or even taking analysts atp). The only larger firms I see regularly take sophomores are McKinsey, Stone Point, Advent, and then HFs. I’m sure I am missing some since I haven’t recruited in awhile but those are the names I hear about for Summer 2026.

BCG / McK is div only

UBS ran the markets soph program this year, not sure about next year

I've seen people with HL soph internships from like 2019 on Linkedin but nothing recent.

Soph summer is really tough. Fortunately it's not neccessary with current junior year timelines.

i mean yea theyre div but so is advent + alot of the big HFs you'll see like baupost

for reference HL internally calls sophs "summer interns" and juniors "summer analysts." im looking at the directory and see a good number of them for this year. not sure how many return/rerecruit junior yr
