Sophomore Summer Internship Advice
Hi all, incoming sophomore at a low target wondering when to start and how to land a strong sophomore IB internship. I have prior experience in IB at a strong boutique shop and PE. Based on reading past forums, I have heard that a majority, if not all, BB shops have eliminated sophomore internships, especially for a non-diversity male grouping.
Does anyone have insight on all BB still doing sophomore internships for non-diversity males? If not, when should I expect to start networking and start applying for MM/LMM IB shops that have sophomore internships?
