Sophomore Trying to get into IB. Should I be reaching out to recruiters?
I go to a target school. Currently trying to get into IB. I go to a lot of those "firm overview webinar" things and the recruiters always leave their emails at the end. Should I be reaching out? And if so to say what? Can I ask them to "pass my resume along". How are recruiters different from HR?
