at my BB we sort of smoosh everyone together. They have some separate programs, but they do most of the same stuff. Hours are kinda the same, though now everyone is hyperaware about making sure interns don't get overworked so there are all sorts of rules. 

 

Thanks for the reply, this is helpful! What kinds of rules? I’ve heard about protected Saturday’s, but I’ve also heard that interns still work on Saturdays even with this rule— is it true?

 

It is sort of group dependent. Some banks say analysts can't come into the office on the weekends etc. With WFH, things are different. Some banks don't even involve the interns in workflow (due to WFH) and just give them a project to evaluate their skills.
