I just finished up my freshmen year and am trying to best position myself for a junior year internship at an IB. I’ve realized that a sophomore year internship is a decent part of this. However, with recruiting so accelerated, it seems as though I’ll be looking for my sophomore year internship at the same time as my junior year one. What can I do to get around this.
