Depends on the team or vertical you're interviewing for BROTHER. Pharma and biotech are pretty different from consumer health, diagnostics and medtech, for example.
they should not really ask you anything specific its so complex of an industry. I would know the basics. The three verticals within the healthcare industry and a little about the companies that would fall into each. Also know about specific healthcare deals occurring.
For pharmaceuticals and biotech you may be asked questions on how to value a pre-revenue company since most small biotech companies are just that. You may also be asked why an emerging biotech may be a bad candidate for an LBO (pretty straightforward, but still may be asked). Other than this, not sure what else they could ask.
If it is for biotech for pharma very much expect questions on how to risk adjust for clinical trials, drug pricing, uptake curve, what each clinical trial tests for etc
