Spring Internship at BlackRock or UBS?

Hey guys,

I am an undergrad from the UK and have Spring internship offers from BlackRock and UBS. I was stunned to get UBS, and am delighted to get BR now too. However, they both overlap and I don‘t know which one to pick. For BlackRock, I would be in Financial Markets Advisory and for UBS, it would be in IB/S&T/Markets. The thing is I can‘t decide between the two firms and the divisions. Both seem really interesting. How is FMA BlackRock? How is UBS?

I would choose UBS definitely. Obviously depends on where you see yourself working but I think that it would be easier to convert into a SA at UBS vs BLK. Also know from last year that blackrock waited ages before giving out any assessment centres for SA positions.
