S&t to Investment Banking Informational Interview

Using the WSO networking guide I was successfully able to land an informational interview with a few of my fraternity alumni. I had one yesterday that went particularly well and we are now “continuing the conversation” about a future at his firm. The meeting was on the phone and we have not yet met in person. I am concerned (knowing that I’m not the most attractive guy in the world) that once we meet in person I will not be considered a good fit for the job given the business is a people business and people like attractive people.

Obviously aside from the normal bias that attractive people are smarter, do you think this could play a role in my ability to lateral for S&T to IB?

Stupid question I know but I’d appreciate any genuine input.
