Does anyone know how these two banks stack up against other middle-tier banks? I might be working at one of the Asian offices. From my understanding, they're not entirely investment banks so what would be the best service to try to work for? The corporate finance side? Or financial markets?

@therock555 - did you end up doing the internship at the asian office? if you did; how was the experience? I'd love to know more about your credentials going in and just the overall experience -- I am based in S.E. Asia atm and am looking at similar opps.
