Started at Big 4 Corp Fin M&A - what work should i be looking for to move to BB?

Hello all

I just started working at Big 4 M&A department - Western Europe (not UK).
We're doing deals worth 100-500 USDm, so like low tier MM IB.

Currently I'm looking up random stuff in random databases and filling out PPT templates.
Its not rocket science - nothing really is - but i'm learning how deals work etc. and i enjoy getting started and contributing.

Plan is to work here a few years to get some experience and then MBA or lateral into Elite Boutique or BB IB.

My question is - what kind of work should i be looking for that is most applicable when moving from Big 4 IB to BB IB?
Is there any important part of the M&A process at BB IB that you wont learn at Big 4 M&A or that i should focus on getting experience in?

I will greatly appreciate any advice

Best regards

/S
