Starting FT Early - Seeking Guidance

Hey guys. Got a return for a BB and am graduating in December, so the bank I’m working for is letting me start off-cycle in Jan.

What does the onboarding/orientation process look like for FT people starting early at most BBs? Do I just hit the ground running and immediately start, or do I need to do the whole series exam thing first?

Also was wondering if anyone had any good advice for making good impressions on teams where you’re the only An1 and starting early. How can I be a good analyst immediately when i don’t get to experience the training program until July?
