Would do the same thing, it hurts so good...
AM, corporate finance at a larger company I'm interested in, finance/strategy at a tech firm/unicorn
Work and happiness are very individual but I feel like so many people choose IB solely because it's the default prestige job. I genuinely like finance but if I had to do it over again I'd skip IB and try to do similar work in a more reasonable way.
