Anyone have insight into the current state of the platform, specifically the Atlanta office? How does it compare to other southern LMM/MM shops? Pay/Culture/Exits?

had some great exits a while ago(BX etc) but now its LMM and at best MM PE.
Culture: probably the worst in ATL, Little Rock culture is great tho.
Super sweaty. Bad culture. Lots of the deal flow is specialty finance related, which is more of a nichey universe. Would avoid if you have other options, but better than nothing.
