Kid left after about 6 months on the job of consistently pulling 2-3am nights. It will break you.

They have multiple groups? It might not matter - one of the worst grind houses in banking

That office is one of the biggest sweatshops in all of investment banking. Turnover is insanely high
These are surprising comments given Stephens is not a top tier MM. I assumed they would have a better culture and lifestyle, but it seems they take advantage of being in select cities with little other choice.
Atlanta has had that for Stephens for over a decade. More banks have gone to Atlanta and it hasn’t changed so it must be an issue with the group head
Not super familiar with this office but know that they sent a few guys to Blackstone back in the day.
