I think they’re done, I know at least a couple offices are, but don’t know ab the whole firm
Solid healthcare group. Industrials team is starving for headcount after a number of exits over the past 9 months.
Industrials and Industrial Services seem to be the strength. I'd say the HC group is just okay, not competing for high quality deals like other MMs. Consumer is relatively weak. Can't speak to tech or business services.
Staffing model is similar to Barclays/GS aka M&A is executed by coverage. People are mostly cool and slightly below street comp. Not a bad offer to recruit to a stronger MM with.
Tonnes of threads on this; personally declined an offer from them. Strongest group is Tech but still rep is bad, comparable firms would be Truist etc. People Exit to better MM banks, exits to PE is not happening
Recent PE exits from tech team to Providence Equity and Siris Capital the reputation is rising fastest growing bank in the MM space
Those two placements are right if you do some LinkedIn searching at least. Second half more debatable.
