Close friend is an AO3 there. Associate salaries are 175/200/225 with top bucket bonus at around 125%

Healthcare Group. They had a really good 2021.
Stifel Public Finance and Equity Research are NOT part of the coverage investment banking groups (e.g., tech, DCM, ECM) and they have different compensation scales that are lower. They are considered different organizational departments, and so the bonus pool (as well as the salary structure) is not shared.
