Healthcare Group. They had a really good 2021.
Stifel Public Finance and Equity Research are NOT part of the coverage investment banking groups (e.g., tech, DCM, ECM) and they have different compensation scales that are lower. They are considered different organizational departments, and so the bonus pool (as well as the salary structure) is not shared.

Depends on which team, each has a different base and bonus depending on profitability. I currently work there
