Anyone have insight on culture at stifel and what their compensation is for associate 1-3 / sign on bonus and ballpark ye bonus ? Just trying to see if they are paying market? Have two other exploding offers but wanted to see their offer before deciding …
I know that before all the COVID pay bumps they were significantly below market for associate comp ($200k all in for AS1). Not sure what its like now.
