Stifel vs. HL Corp Fin vs. Cowen vs. Raymond James Tech Groups

All in San Francisco, does anybody know how strong their these tech groups are? how would you guys rank their tech group? Hours?

Pretty sure Stifel. Because the SF office is really Tomas Wiesel. Google it.

Stifel (former TWP, dominate IPOs as Cos, will be on some random sell-side M&A where fees are pretty large on a % basis) Ray J (investing in building out tech team, seem to have been on some decent IPOs as Cos) HLHZ (small office, don't really see them on anything, never hear good things from interns there) Cowen (remember losses from tech team past few years, don't see them on much / anything)
