Stifel/Macquarie Industrials groups - any info
Got some interviews lined up soon for Stifel and Macquarie (Maryland/NY offices). Wanted to know if anyone had info on these groups (deal flow, culture, or to look elsewhere). Pretty new to IB as I'm switching out of public accounting, I'm also non target with no finance internships previously so I'm glad to at least be getting some first round interviews with some places so go easy on the "trash bank" comments. Any info will really be helpful.

Macquarie Industrials NY is a brand new group with zero to little deal flow and nonexistent exit opportunities.
Would stay far away from that group unless you enjoy pitching for no-name cross border deals
